Escape the hustle & bustle of city life and unwind at our charming country house, nestled in the heart of one of our own Farms, Valentine Farm. This delightful home offers a perfect blend of charm and modern amenities, ensuring a relaxing and memorable stay.

Surrounded by rolling hills, lush meadows and serene woodlands, our country house provides a tranquil setting for a peaceful getaway. Enjoy the sounds of nature and the fresh country air as you relax, over looking our gorgeous fields where we keep five of our beautiful horses on the property.

The house features six cozy bedrooms, each decorated to create a homey & comfortable environment. The house boasts of two super king bedrooms, one king bedroom and three double bedrooms ensuring that it is exceptionally pleasant for twelve guests. It has a fully equipped kitchen, including all appliances and a BBQ on request for those who prefer this. Stay connected with the Wi-Fi and unwind in one of the two living rooms both with flat-screen TV’s. Whether you’re seeking adventure or relaxation, our home offers the perfect escape where there’s something for everyone to enjoy. The Frog pub in the village is fantastic and a short stroll up the lane.

This property is layed out so that you can bring your fury friends with, it has a dog friendly garden where the yard provides ample space for them to run and play, ensuring you can bring them along for the adventure!

The Nook at the Old Butcher’s

The Nook is a charming and cosy 2 bedroom self contained annexe, situated in a delightful garden, in the heart of Hambleden village.

It has a super comfy super king size bed downstairs, with an open plan sitting room with a log burner and dining area.

Additionally there is a double futon on the mezzanine, perfect for extra guests.

There is a separate well equipped kitchen, if you decide to eat in, although there is a fabulous pub, The Stag and Huntsman just a couple of doors down the road, if you prefer to hang up your oven mitts and eat out.

Behind the annexe is a very private small terrace with a BBQ, a perfect sun trap.

Hambleden is in an area of outstanding natural beauty, with plenty of opportunities to enjoy the countryside on the extensive footpath and bridleway network, within a few minutes walk.

With a Church and a Village shop, which stocks most groceries and serves delicious toasties and cakes, you really are in the quintessential English village.

The Courtyard Apartment

The Courtyard Apartment is a first floor flat next door to The Manor and opposite the Church in the heart of Hambleden village, with it’s own entrance leading up to it, it is very private.

It has two double bedrooms with luxurious linen and it is very light and airy.

The bathroom has a bath with a shower over and the fluffiest towels that our guests always comment on. The bright and airy sitting room has a 4 seater dining table and you will find a well equipped kitchen next door. There are tables and chairs for your use in the sunny shared courtyard and a BBQ for your enjoyment.

Parking is available in the lane outside the property.

Old Post Office

The Old Post Office is a delightful period cottage located in the picturesque village of Skirmett.

The property boats a wealth of period features with a brick inglenook fireplace with wood burner and oak beamed ceilings and timbers.

From the comfortable and cosy sitting area, with wood burning stove and TV, there is a semi open plan dining area with a dining table for 4 people and a desk in case you need to work.

This opens onto a kitchen with direct access to the garden.

Upstairs there is a double bedroom overlooking the fields opposite and an additional 2 single bedrooms, one at the front of the house with a lovely vaulted ceiling, and another overlooking the fields behind.

The upstairs bathroom, has a bath and an overbath shower and it’s own access from the landing.

The garden is secure with a shed (in case you want to store your bike) and has a sunny patio with a table and chairs for 4 people and a BBQ.

There is off street parking next to the house and parking available on the lane outside.

The Old Butchers

The Old Butchers is a charming and historic 3 bedroom Grade II listed house, dating from the 18th Century, situated in the heart of Hambleden village.

This charming cottage has a cosy atmosphere with exposed beams, wonderful fireplaces and exposed flintwork and manages to blend the character you would hope for, with modern day functionality and high quality services.

On entering the property there is an office area, if you need to catch up on any work, which leads to the spacious breakfast area with a wood burning stove and light and airy conservatory, that leads straight out into the garden.

The comfy sitting room has double aspect windows overlooking the garden and village and a fireplace and TV.

A large dining room seats 12 and has the original butcher’s marble serving slab and hanging hooks and lovely exposed bricks. This leads on to a large, well functioning kitchen.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms; a spacious double aspect super king suite, with its own ensuite shower room; a lovely king bedroom overlooking the garden and a double bedroom with village view sharing a bathroom upstairs.

In addition there is a downstairs cloakroom.

Parking is available off road behind a solid gate and the sunny and secure garden has a BBQ and outdoor eating area.
